Meet Kim

Kim Starkey has over 30 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. She began her education with a bachelor’s degree in health and physical education from Messiah College and became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She holds specializations in corrective exercise, senior fitness, ACE Functional First Pain Free Movement, pre and post therapy exercise, weight management, sports nutrition, Keto, and behavior change. Kim also received her training in health coaching from Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, a nationally Board Certified program. Kim lives with her husband, as well as her golden-doodle Remington in the Philadelphia area. When she isn’t coaching, she enjoys spending time with her four granddaughters and serving in her local church.

Discovery Session

We start with an hour long session to learn about your life and current habits with a health questionnaire.

Tools

Next we use a variety of resources like a wellness wheel and positive personality trait survey to gain a deeper understanding of who you are and who you’re made to be.

Game Plan

This is where the fun begins and I become your guide on your journey towards your health goals. I’ll work with you to create achievable goals and help you awaken hope towards a healthier life vision for your future.

3 Month Program

We spend 12 weeks getting to know you, how your body works, and what your unique needs are. You’re then equipped and empowered to continue making progress and healthy choices with a plan designed for you.

6 Month Program

For those with longer term health changes or those who want some extra coaching and accountably, the 6 month program dives deep into understanding your needs and walking through a longer period of life together.

30 Min/Week

Maybe you have a busier schedule, but need some weekly coaching to stay on track with your goals. I work with you to prioritize health amidst the busyness of life.

50 Min/2 Week

For those needing less frequent meetings with busier schedules who still want a deep dive into how functional medicine can impact their lives. We spend 50 minutes every other week making goals and learning what your specific needs are.
